Jiu Jitsu is a Brazilian martial art that consists of joint locks, chokes, and ground self defense. It is one of the fastest growing martial arts in the world and is much needed to make a well rounded martial artist. Most self defense situations end up on the ground and we feel it is very important for you to give yourself the best chance to learn how to defend yourself.

Jiu Jitsu can be practiced by people of all ages, shapes, and sizes. We have a very diverse class and a very friendly environment. We allow people to participate in one free class and offer classes three times a week. 

Jr. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu


For Kids, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is one of the fastest growing sports and most effective forms of Self Defence in America. It helps teach kids discipline, confidence, self-respect and many other life skills vital to a child’s development. Our Jr. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class is for every child, from those just looking for some exercise to those looking to compete in tournaments at high level. Jiu Jitsu helps to teach kids that when you get put in difficult situations that you have to work your way out of them while keeping a cool head. Most importantly though it teaches the importance of teamwork but also shows the child that you are responsible for your own individual performance, because you can’t take your team on the mat with you. Adult Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is one of the fastest growing sports in America, it is also one of the most effective forms of self-defense available, it is taught to the military, police officers and several other professionals to whom self-defense is vital to their personal safety and to the safety of others. Our Adult Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class is perfect for someone just looking to drop some weight and get in shape, to the individual looking to become a champion on the tournament circuit. We have a super friendly team that loves to have new faces come in and train with us. Submission Wrestling

Simply put, Submission Wrestling is Brazilian Jiu jitsu without the gi (uniform). This class gives the student the opportunity to practice without the use of the uniform to grab onto. As with our Jiu Jitsu classes, we focus on solid defensive skills, takedowns and getting the submission. Many students have a preference to either gi or no-gi training however both are very beneficial and we recommend training both styles to really gain all the benefits of Grappling.


Our Mixed Martial Arts program is a very well rounded program that consist of boxing, kick boxing, Tae Kwon Do, Jiu Jitsu, and wrestling. Our MMA program is broken down into two different classes. We have a stand up class on Monday and Wednesday nights and our ground defense classes are Tuesday, Thursday nights and Saturday afternoons.

Stand up nights consist of a intense warm up followed by boxing and kick boxing drills. These include proper striking techniques and situational drills. We also include some take downs and take down defense.  Stand up classes run any where from sixty to ninety minutes.
